For completeness, two new prose tests need to be added to the retryable writes prose tests:

1. A NoWritesPerformed-labeled error is propagated, followed by a server selection timeout.
2. A NoWritesPerformed-labeled error is propagated, followed by any indefinite error.

Motivation

Create more testing coverage for handling NoWritesPerformed-labeled errors for retryable writes.
