Resync SDAM tests to only examine non-unknown server descriptions to determine incompatibility

      SDAM spec was updated to require that only non-unknown servers' descriptions are considered when determining topology incompatibility, as well as spec tests were added. Drivers should sync tests to 98e67a.

      This change may include previous spec test changes in DRIVERS-479 if language ticket associated with that ticket is still open.
