Ensure that getMore right after a resume is retried in changestreams

      A couple of notes on this:

      1. it includes a YAML test (Thanks Shane for the suggestion)
      2. The YAML test requires use of a failpoint (the first in the change streams test, but exactly the same structure as transactions spec tests and others)
      3. The YAML test requires use of a changeStreamOption: batchSize (also the first in the change streams tests. all other tests have an empty options map)
