CRUD update/replace bugs

      When resyncing CRUD spec tests for GODRIVER-761, I came across a few bugs related to update/replace:

      1. bulkWrite doesn't perform validation to ensure replacement documents don't have $-prefixed keys
      2. UpdateOperation doesn't error if the ArrayFilters option is specified for server versions below 3.6.
