Unskip "initial-dns-seedlist-discovery" spec tests after load balancer SRV record update

      After implementing GODRIVER-2292, 4 of the "initial-dns-seedlist-discovery" spec tests fail because the SRV records point directly to the mongos and not to the load balancer. The tests are:

      • load-balanced/loadBalanced-directConnection.json
      • load-balanced/loadBalanced-true-txt.json
      • load-balanced/srvMaxHosts-zero-txt.json
      • load-balanced/srvMaxHosts-zero.json

      The necessary DNS SRV records will be updated by BUILD-14668. When that is complete, re-enable the skipped tests.
