      The only known use cases for accessing all of the DefaultValueEncoders, DefaultValueDecoders, and PrimitiveCodecs types and functions is to create a default Registry of value encoders/decoders for overriding the defaults (e.g. in the mgocompat package). That can already be accomplished by calling bson.NewRegistryBuilder, so the DefaultValueEncoders and DefaultValueDecoders types and functions are redundant and create confusion with users.

      Definition of done:

      • Deprecate DefaultValueEncoders, DefaultValueDecoders, and PrimitiveCodecs and all exported functions of those types.
