      Context

      GODRIVER-2724 internalized the mtest package, however the mock OPSMG deployment is useful as a standalone API.

      Definition of done

      • Move the mock deployment to the experimental package so that users can mock a server for unit testing.
      • Add functionality to ensure that a client's deployment is set to the mock deployment.
