      Context

      The PyMongoArrow schema class is an unnecessary abstraction over the PyArrow schema class. We should deprecate our class and encourage the use of PyArrow schemas with our extension types.

      Definition of done

      Schema class is deprecated, internal usages are removed, and documentation is updated.
