      Context

      In INTPYTHON-516 we switched to function scope for fixtures so that we could call close on all the APIs.  However the effect is that the test suite takes a lot longer to run, as it has to re-add and reindex the vector stores for each test.

       

      We can switch back to function scoped fixtures, and only test the close methods in unit tests that verify that the mock client is closed.

      Definition of done

      Update fixtures and add unit tests for close methods.
