Too much logging in the server monitor

      The server monitor is supposed to log

      INFO: Monitor thread successfully connected to server with description ServerDescription ...

      every time the server description has a meaningful change.

      But now it's logging it every time, due to the addition of a lastUpdateTime comparison to ServerDescription.equals
