      Add a class to contain timeouts used by driver-core and its operations.

      • timeoutMS
      • maxAwaitTimeMS
      • maxTimeMS - setting is deprecated
      • maxCommitTimeMS - setting is deprecated

      This class should also be able to determine the timeout values to be used in command based on the timeout remaining.
