      Since the MONGODB-AWS auth-related tasks are all testing client-side behavior, there is no reason to run all of them against every server version and JDK.

      Reduce the size of the matrix so that only aws-auth-test-with-regular-aws-credentials runs against the full matrix, and the rest just run against 7.0 with Java 17.
