Support "ssl" and "auth" in the "graalvm-native-image-app" Evergreen matrix

      Currently, we run graalvm-native-image-app with "noauth" and "nossl". We should add "auth" and "ssl" there, and make the changes necessary for those to work. The changes may involve updating the reachability metadata either in graalvm-native-image-app/src/main/resources/META-INF/native-image, or in driver JARs, if JAVA-5381 is done.
