      We should mention in What's new that we fixed a bug introduced in 5.0.0 that caused InetAddressResolverProvider to be ignored by the driver.

      When we removed ServerAddressWithResolver, we accidentally removed the code that was using InetAddressResolverProvider to look up a custom InetAddressResolver implementation.
