      Epic Summary

      Summary
Implement sink connector to consume source events from MongoDB.

      Motivation
Customers can do this today with the Debezium Connector for MongoDB. Useful for notification use cases where consistency is not important and in scenarios where users don't own the source database such as in microservices architectures.
