Compatibility with OpenSSL 3.0

      Version <= 1.3.0 is not compatible with OpenSSL 3.0 because of deprecated calls.

       

      Removing -Werror in CMakeList.txt is a workaround.

      This affects Fedora 36 and RHEL 9 (version Beta is released)
