Background & Motivation
mongocryptd on Alpine is waiting on SERVER-49140.
Users may want to use explicit encryption on Alpine.
Currently the only option is to build libmongocrypt from source.
This may depend on SERVER-36790, since Alpine is not yet supported in Evergreen.
