      Scope

      • Support `accessToken` for `gcp` KMS provider

      Background & Motivation 

      This is a proposed solution to help support GCP attached service accounts. When requested, a driver will get the "access_token" from the Metadata Server running on a Google Compute Engine (GCE) instance. The "access_token" will be passed to libmongocrypt.
