We can create a set of Preloader objects similar to the relation Builder objects.

This will clean up the identity map to not have to deal with anything other than ids, just how it should be.

This will also allow the preloaders to check for documents in the identity map as well in a performant fashion now that the identity map will be cleaned up and optimized.
