Deprecate support for MongoDB < 3.6

      The latest mongoid version officially support MongoDB server versions down to 2.6 - see docs. It does not seem to be reasonable since versions below 3.6 are too old and barely used anymore.

      We should agree on a schedule of dropping support of those old version, and actually do it.
