All changes made in 7.4 will be compatible, the current release notes that say that changes are breaking need to be adjusted to state that the changes are behind feature flags instead
The bugfixes will be released in 7.4, documentation references to "7.3.3" as the version with previous behavior need to be changed to say "7.3"
