https://www.mongodb.com/docs/mongoid/master/reference/callbacks/ currently specifies which callbacks Mongoid implements but does not describe what the callbacks themselves do. I think we should link to https://guides.rubyonrails.org/active_record_callbacks.html on top of this page to provide this information.
