Deprecate `enableAutoSplit` and `disableAutoSplit` shell helpers

      Since starting from v6.1 the auto-splitter will be officially dismissed, the shell helpers associated with it must somehow be flagged as deprecated:

      The two helpers can still write on config collections to support older versions but should print a warning message such as "WARNING: starting from v6.1 the auto-splitter has been deprecated. Refer to the v6.1 release notes to get to know about the new balancer policy".
