mongodb-runner should probably get some attention and a fresh coat of paint as we are using it for running tests in compass (and probably want to unify this with mongosh eventually)
As a start we should replace the deprecated and forked mongodb-tools with something else (see https://github.com/mongodb-js/runner/issues/54#issue-138288170)
