Make --quiet mode the default for non-interactive shell sessions

      For non-interactive shell sessions, i.e. -eval or loading files (-file or just passsing them on the command line) without also passing --shell, the default is now that --quiet is enabled. Users can turn this behavior off using --no-quiet.
