Motor's analogy to PYTHON-691.

Assuming Motor 0.3 wraps PyMongo 2.7.1 or later, then most of the work to fix this bug will be done in PyMongo. A few places that Motor calls commands within internal helpers, like copy_db, may need to be addressed.

Additionally, Motor should make similar unittest fixes as PyMongo is doing.
