Inconsistent ssl error types

      Right now, Andrew Svetlov reports the asyncio version of test_cert_ssl_validation_hostname_fail causes ssl.CertificateError but the tornado version causes ConnectionFailure. What does PyMongo do in a case like this, and what error type is ideal?
