      Update Motor's dependency to PyMongo 3.x. If possible, depend on stable PyMongo APIs and let the dependency float. This may not be practical, though, so depending on the latest exact PyMongo version is a fallback.

      Remember to update docs: don't mention "safe", "slave_okay", requests, MasterSlaveConnection.
