BulkWrite: Incorrect batch-size calculations when array contains object with undefined value

      When performing a bulk operation over 16MB that contains subarrays with objects with undefined values, the driver's calculation of size is underestimated, causing the operation to fail.

      Can be reproduced using driver version 3.1.13 and attached code.
