Driver does not allow arbitrary explain levels

      Using an arbitrary explain level throws a validation error by the driver. See DRIVERS-1306 why this should be allowed (which is strangely marked as "no changes needed").

      This also affects the TypeScript types ExplainVerbosity and ExplainVerbosityLike.
