Implementation Requirements

Implement the following classes in src/error.ts and replace the appropriate MongoDriverError instances with instances of the children of MongoRuntimeError

• MongoRuntimeError
  • MongoURIError
  • MongoStreamError
    • MongoChangeStreamError
    • MongoGridFSStreamError
      • MongoGridFSChunkError
  • MongoCompressionError
  • MongoDecompressionError
