Acceptance Criteria

• The error codes have been renamed in src/error.ts:
  • NotMaster => NotWritablePrimary (SERVER-50408)
  • NotMasterNoSlaveOk => NotPrimaryNoSecondaryOk (SERVER-50409)
  • NotMasterOrSecondary => NotPrimaryOrSecondary (SERVER-50410)
• Functions in error.ts that have master in their names are renamed
• Any associated documentation that is automatically generated from code comments is also updated to reflect the non-offensive names
