      Update CMAP unit test runner, unified test runner and sync spec tests

      • CMAP Runner
        • Add a interruptInUseConnections property to the Pool.clear method. Propagate this down to the call to ConnectionPool.clear.
      • Unified Test Runner
        • Add an interruptInUseConnections property to the PoolCleared CMAP event and ensure that, when present, it’s matched.

      Skip the newly added but failing spec tests until subtask 3 is completed.
