We should continue to support react native in the next major version of BSON. All we need is to specify which bundle react native tooling should pull in.

• Add a "react-native" property to the package.json's "exports" field. Set it to point to the commonjs module.
• Add documentation to the readme describing which polyfills are required to make the library function properly.
