Summary
This test has a mix of objectId related tests and generic coverage for using alternative primary keys like dates.
Important coverage here is that objectIds can be queried as a range $gt/$lt, that's the server's job to get right but we should make sure our helpers that create an Oid from a timestamp continue working (there is a test for this, it could just use cleaning up and more input cases)
