If connectWithNoPrimary is true then primary-only connection is not allowed

      If you pass connectWithNoPrimary true and if you have a primary-only connection it will not be considered "connected". I believe this is just because of a tiny bug in mongodb-core. I made a PR to fix the issue: https://github.com/christkv/mongodb-core/pull/44
