      I want to test Astrolabe tests on Node 18 and 20
      So that I have test coverage on all supported Node versions

      • Update the node-tests matrix in .evergreen/config.yml in drivers-atlas testing to incude node-18 and node-20 in the runtimes.
      • Update server to latest and adjust startup wait times where appropriate.
