Remove examples that use the second parameter to `find()`

      Right now there's a lot of logic to interpreting what the second parameter to find() is, and no real documentation here: http://mongodb.github.io/node-mongodb-native/2.0/api/Collection.html#find, but the examples rely on the 2nd parameter.
