The NonExecutedOperationStore queues operations when a mongod process is unavailable or an election is happening as no primary is available for a write. This currently happens when the auto_reconnect option is set and can drive the process out of memory.

It is requested that the driver is configurable so there is an option to top buffering operations when the server is unavailable.
