      HomeBrew removed their PHP extension formulas, and now recommends "pecl install mongodb" again. Although the HomeBrew formula forced Secure Transport on Darwin, "pecl install" does not. We need to make sure it tries Secure Transport first due to loading issues with OpenSSL vs. BoringSSL.
