Several users of the PHP driver deploy their applications in Alpine Linux. This has lead to several bug reports, mostly due to compilation issues. We should add Alpine to our OS matrix to catch these issues sooner.

This may depend on ~~SERVER-36790~~, since Alpine is not yet supported in Evergreen.
