Arbiters write a lot of logs 'unkown user'

      We have replica set with 3 data node and 2 arbiters.

      Recently, we noticed that arbiters began to write a log of logs:

      2020-05-28T09:43:00.343+0000 I ACCESS   [conn10004] Supported SASL mechanisms requested for unknown user user@database

      After we upgraded mongodb driver from 1.5.3 to 1.7.4 but the problem remains.
