Resync BSON corpus spec tests

      While investigating PHPC-1652 I realized that PHPC's corpus tests had not been sinced in some time. We were missing changes from c6d7ac8, which is a few years old. Unfortunately, that commit is only associated with a variety of SPEC tickets and is not cross-referenced with a DRIVERS ticket that would have resulted in language tickets.

      Let's use this ticket to resync the BSON corpus tests to the latest version.
