If php_phongo_manager_prep_authmechanismproperties converts a non-string CANONICALIZE_HOST_NAME to a string and the Manager constructor encounters an exception, that string may leak. This is similar to the php_phongo_read_preference_prep_tagsets issue in PHPC-1700.
