      Deprecate the following BSON functions:

      • MongoDB\BSON\fromJSON
      • MongoDB\BSON\fromPHP
      • MongoDB\BSON\toCanonicalExtendedJSON
      • MongoDB\BSON\toJSON
      • MongoDB\BSON\toPHP
      • MongoDB\BSON\toRelaxedExtendedJSON

      These will be removed in 2.0 by PHPC-2346.
