      The method UTCDateTime::toDateTimeImmutable was added by PHPC-2286.

      Adding a method to an existing interface is a breaking change, it cannot be added before 2.0.

      The interface UTCDateTimeInterface already have `toDateTime`. Adding toDateTimeImmutable for consistency.
