When Manager::getServers() is called before cluster discovery (e.g. immediately after construction), it returns Server instances with missing information. We should filter out these servers so that only known servers are returned.

Note: previously, this ticket requested a change to ensure that at least one discovery round has been performed. We ultimately decided against that, as it makes getServers() too similar to selectServer().
