Currently, some tricks (git submodule init && git submodule update && make patch) need to be executed. If you don't know this, you can't compile the extension.

In order to make it easy for our (upcoming) users to install this, libmongoc and libbson should be bundled - and their build systems integrated into the PHP build system.
