All logic (config, generator, generated classes) from the mongodb/mongo-php-builder will be copied over to the library
The code export (e.g. used by GitHub to create a downloadable archive) should exclude config and generator
Include a CI workflow that regenerates all classes to ensure generated code is up-to-date (see https://github.com/mongodb/mongo-php-driver/blob/2ddd5886e58d8357d4c418fa1ed3bfce5ce2ef0d/.github/workflows/arginfo-files.yml#L40..L41 for inspiration)
Add a replace directive in composer.json to replace all versions of mongodb/mongo-php-builder
