      The specific iterators for DatabaseInfo, CollectionInfo, and IndexInfo are no longer needed with templated iterators, so they can be deprecated for removal in 2.0.

      The return type of the corresponding collection methods as well as the operations can be widened to Iterator with appropriate @template annotations.
